Proposal party: invitation and gift registry on one link

When the proposal turns into a gathering or an engagement party, they do: it's often the first time both families meet, and they arrive with something. On the registry you list gifts with their price and quantity, and an expensive one is split into shares so several guests cover it together. It all lives on the same page you send as the invitation.

The celebration starts as a draft only you can see; it goes public the day you choose to publish it, and until then you can change the date, the venue and the design without anyone finding out. If you'd rather it never showed up on Google, the editor lets you ask search engines not to index it.

Something for the chapter that's starting rather than for the evening itself: things for their first home, the celebration or a trip for the two of them. Whoever gives sees how much is left on each gift and decides whether to close it or take a share. Nobody sees who gave what, so everyone gives what they can.

The date and time, the venue's name with its location link (as an embedded map or just the “Cómo llegar” directions button) and the schedule if there's more than one stop. Guests RSVP with their first and last name, add the people coming with them and their relationship, and can add the date to their calendar.

With El Sueño (“The Dream”), a big gift for the whole event: instead of units it has a goal and a minimum contribution that you set, and each person gives whatever amount they like from the invitation, with the progress bar in plain view. What goes into El Sueño carries the same fee as any gift: if your guests cover it, it reaches you in full.
